Clients choose Alpha Support for their mission critical systems. Primarily this is servers and other centralised systems which impacts business continuity if they are offline.

Alpha Support includes all levels of monitoring and management of a system. This includes Servers, desktops, laptops and all other network infrastructure. Also included is all engineering time required during the core working day required to rectify faults and failures and get a system back operational.

Our Alpha Service includes the following as standard.

Bravo Support

Bravo Support from Computer Network Services Ltd is our most popular level of support package with our clients. Our mission was to create a clutter free support package inclusive of Help Desk Support and Engineer on site services. Clients choose Bravo Support for their desktop and Laptop systems as these, in general, are not mission critical devices. They take advantage of the low monthly cost compared to the high level of service provided by our technical team.

Not all companies require the fully comprehensive coverage which is provided via our Alpha Support package. Bravo Support includes all levels of monitoring and management of a system. This includes Servers, desktops, laptops and all other network infrastructure.

Be flexible. Attach modules as and when required to cover holiday periods, busy times or when everything just must work.

Our Bravo Service includes the following as standard.

Pre Paid Hours

If you decide not to commit to a support plan we can still support your business, you simply call us when you need us, time is deducted by the minute from pre-paid hours.
