Brian joined CNS in January 2004 having previously run his own IT support business and has a love/hate relationship with computers.

Since joining CNS Brian has become a expert on Microsoft’s Office 365 product line, gaining vast experience through many installations, upgrades and migrations.

He is the key interface with clients for hands on technical issues and projects. Backed by the helpdesk team under his watchful eye they manage the IT Support element of the business.

As we have grown the telephony portfolio within the business he has embraced the products and technologies and has become an internal expert on 3CX, Snom, Fanvil and Yealink.

Having deployed a wide variety of installations of both DECT Single and Multicell, Softphone and Deskphone he has come across most issues. So far to date he has been planned and implemented a number of PBX systems having inexcess of 200 extensions.

A 3CX and Altaro Certified Engineer.

Internally he has deployed the Autotask RMM and PSA system which manages our IT Support clients. We also keep a watchful eye over PBX deployements with this system.

Outside of work Brian is a dedicated family man, who enjoys DIY and gardening.
