Consultancy The approach we take to managed services is to provide the client with professional and experienced technical resources, either via our help desk facility using remote IP connections, or via onsite engineering and consultancy. Our aim is to become the IT Manager you do not directly employ, at a far reduced cost. Competitive pricing ensures you are getting the best from your money. Our support is structured so that all clients receive the same high standard of support. Working with companies such as BT, Sage, Digita and other vendors we have built good working relationships to ensure our clients receive prompt and concise resolutions. Computer Network Services Ltd is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, the highest Microsoft award to their partners. To achieve this we have had to ensure we have Microsoft Certified technicians, a proven track record of successful installations via client references, and a sales record of Microsoft products. We are currently holding Network Infrastructure, Mobility Solutions, Information Worker and Small Business Specialist accreditations.
Included in your package for consultancy is a full report on solutions discussed. This will include costs and charges as we consider this a proposal process and shows you the customer an independent view. However should you choose Computer Network Services Ltd as your preferred supplier the 75% of the consultancy fee will be subtracted from the installation charges shown within your proposal.
Unscheduled Engineering From time to time, it may be quicker and cost effective to call in professionals. Our team of engineers, all of which are Microsoft Certified Professionals as a minimum, are available to fill gaps in resources whether this is knowledge or insufficient hands on.
