The need had been driven by business continuity requirements compounded by the rising cost of high capacity data backup equipment, from this Safestore247 was created. Safestore247 is a service hosted by Computer Network Services Ltd and not bought in from a third party. Our engineers will retrieve your data from our depository and deliver to site and restore data or rebuild servers*.

File retention is based upon a 14 day cycle¹; this may be adjusted however by retaining an increased number of backup versions. This, however, increases the storage requirements and has an impact on restoration time.

Workstation and Laptop Option                                               

A secure off site storage or backup facility suited to a few PC systems or laptop. Backup is initiated when shutdown, by schedule or logoff.  

Server Backup                                                                            

Secure off site storage or backup of critical data stored on a file server or other storage device. 

Exchange Server                                                                            

Backup full data store of Microsoft Exchange and restore to individual emails.

SQL Server                                                                             

Based on a per installation of Microsoft SQL you may backup as many databases as you wish.

MS Small Business Server 

A dedicated product for Small Business Server users of both Standard and Premium editions scaled to the number of user Client Access Licences (CAL) provided by Microsoft. MS Small Business Server Standard edition includes file backup and MS Exchange mail box backup, MS Small Business Server Premium edition includes the above plus MS SQL.                  

MS Essential Business Server 

A dedicated product for Essential Business Server users of both Standard and Premium editions scaled to the number of user Client Access Licences (CAL) provided by Microsoft. MS Essential Business Server Standard edition includes file backup and MS Exchange mail box backup, MS Essential Business Server Premium edition the above plus MS SQL.
