Support Packages tailored from either the Elite or Premier
products can be arranged where a standard package does not
fit with your requirements.
Elite and Premier Support packages can be mixed on an individual
site where necessary.
Server-only coverage is available in either the Elite or
Premier product range.
Workstation-only coverage is available in either the Elite
or Premier product range.
Remote Business User support is available for the home office
Home Computer support is also available with our home support
